Service fees, payment schedules, and billing cycles will be outlined in individual service agreements or quotes provided to each client. Payments are due as specified, and continued service delivery is contingent on timely payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
While Go2Online employs industry best practices and strives to deliver measurable results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as exact search engine rankings, traffic numbe or conversion rates, as these depend on factors including market competition, search engine algorithm changes, and platform policies beyond our control.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any custom creative work, website code, or content developed specifically for a client becomes the property of that client upon full payment. Go2Online retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
Our services may involve the use of third-party platforms (such as Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, or hosting providers). Go2Online is not responsible for changes in these platforms' policies, pricing, or availability that may affect service delivery or results.
Cancellation terms, notice periods, and refund eligibility (if any) will be specified in the individual service agreement. Generally, fees for work already completed or in progress are non-refundable.
Go2Online shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
You agree to use the go2online.in website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the website.
